Grace in the Becoming: A Retreat for Forgiveness, Healing and Trust

What to Expect

Grace in the Becoming is a four-day retreat for the woman standing in the sacred space between what has been and what is still unfolding. It is a place to step away from the noise, soften the pace, and give yourself permission to pause—to breathe, to feel, to release, and to listen for what is next.

Over the course of the retreat, you’ll be held in a thoughtfully woven experience of cacao, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, guided reflection, nature, and meaningful circle connection. Each offering is designed to support a deeper journey into forgiveness, healing, trust, and becoming—creating space to honor what you’re carrying, release what no longer belongs, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.

This retreat is not about forcing transformation or arriving with everything figured out. It is about meeting yourself honestly in the in-between—tenderly, gently, and with grace. There will be space for both movement and stillness, connection and solitude, laughter and tears, reflection and rest. You are invited to move at your own pace, honor what your body and heart need, and trust that whatever unfolds here is part of your becoming.

Who This Is For

Grace in the Becoming is for the woman who feels herself in a season of transition—someone who is carrying a lot, craving space to breathe, and longing to reconnect with herself beneath the noise of everyday life. It is for the woman who is ready to soften her grip, release what no longer belongs, and meet herself with more grace, honesty, and compassion.

This retreat may be for you if you are navigating change, grief, uncertainty, burnout, heartbreak, or simply the quiet knowing that something within you is asking for attention. If you are longing for space to rest, reflect, heal, and listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom, you are welcome here.

You do not need to have it all figured out. You do not need to be “good” at slowing down, healing, or opening up. You only need a willingness to come as you are—to be present with what’s true, to receive support, and to trust that even here, in the middle of it all, something sacred is still unfolding.
